Atherton has a private practice in Ottawa, Ontario. The sessions offered are a blending of modalities as requested by the body’s innate wisdom.

Atherton also holds diplomas in Medical Technology and Executive Office Administration.
The treatment offered is not conventional nor is it replacement therapy for any other healing modality, traditional or alternative.
All appointments are now booked online through the Jane app.
When booking appointments, there are three different treatment options:
- Virtual: All first-time appointments are Virtual and last for one hour. The Jane app works best with the browser Chrome. After your first appointment has been booked and confirmed you will receive an email confirmation of your appointment along with instructions to fill out a Client History and Consent form. One hour before your appointment begins you will receive another email from the Jane app with a link to your virtual appointment. You don’t need to download any additional tech as the link connects you automatically to your virtual appointment. Please be sure to add my email address to your contact list to ensure you receive communication from my office regarding your account.
- Phone Consult: Call the office at the scheduled time and we do a distance session together over the telephone. At the appointed time, let the phone ring about three times; if the office does not pick up, hang up, wait 2 min. and call again (we are on another call).
- Distance: If you live far away or simply are not available to come in, I work on you energetically at the appointed time and email the results of the session to you later that day. If you would like to have anything in particular addressed, please email me at atherton@golden.net before your designated time and describe what you would like me to address during your session. Clients that request distance appointments are asked to not drive or operate equipment during the scheduled time. If you choose the distance call option, I ask that you be sitting or lying down in a quiet location during the session. Also, ensure that you will not be disturbed. Please be prepared to focus and do not eat, watch TV or use a computer during the session.

Initial Consultation If you are a first-time client, please contact Atherton’s office by phone or email at Atherton@golden.net to request an initial consultation.
All appointments are scheduled through the online booking app Jane. After you request your first appointment, Atherton will send you a link to create an account in Jane. Once your account is set up, you can select a preferred date and time. Atherton will then confirm and book your appointment, sending you a confirmation once it’s scheduled.
Payment Policy Payment is due as service is rendered. We accept etransfers, Paypal and credit card payments. Send etransfers to atherton@golden.net. An interest charge of 2% will be charged on all overdue accounts greater than 30 days.
Cancellation Policy Notice of cancellation is required 24 hours in advance or a full session fee will be charged.
Privacy Policy We will maintain your privacy in accordance with legislated requirements. From time to time, case histories may be presented in lectures or written material. All personal identifying information such as name, address, telephone number, and date of birth is excluded.
